Adele Brobson - League & Tournament Director/Assistant Facility Manager
Adele graduates with an Associates of Business Degree from the College of Southern Nevada (CSN) in Las Vegas, Nevada. She has been employed with the Winchester Sportsplex in various positions since October, 2006. She started as League and Tournament Director in December, 2009, and oversees our adult and youth leagues, as well as any sporting tournaments that we may host. In her free time, she enjoys wedding planning with her Fiance, Joshua, attending church, and visiting with friends and family.

Michelle Novara - Customer Service/Desktop Publishing Manager
Michelle graduated with an Associates in Applied Science Degree in Desktop Publishing from Lord Fairfax C.C. in Middletown, VA. She has been working at the Sportsplex Information Desk since August of 2005, but also had prior positions at Sportsplex since 2004. She started as Customer Service Manager in January of 2007 and not only organizes the information desk, but also designs the majority of the facility's promotional documents such as our bi-seasonal program guide, program flyers, and brochures as well. Michelle has been happily married to her husband of 2 1/2 years, Tim, and her passions and interests involve singing, church, family, friends, and spunky long-haired miniature dachshund, Bella.

Kelley Callahan - Youth Programs Director/Assistant Facility Manager
Graduating from the University of WI - La Crosse in Recreation & Parks Management, with minors in Spanish and Theatre, Kelley has extensive varied experience. From managing youth camps with the YMCA to implementing and directing a city-wide program, she has a very hands-on approach to leading. Prior to moving to Virginia, Kelley was the Director of Parks & Recreation for Holmen, WI, which included the development and implementation of a program that encompassed 12 parks, starting a recreation program that worked closely with the schools, and the construction and management of a 12,000 sq. ft. water park pool. She has been happily married for the past 15 years to her husband, Brian, and has three children ages 3-11. She enjoys working with people and is very active at her childrens' schools and with their activities.

Jamison Ford - Special Event & Marketing Director
Jamison graduated with a Bachelor of Science Degree in Sports Administration from Radford University in Radford, VA in 2007. He has extensive work and participation experience in Sports. After working part time in the Athletic Department at Winchester Parks & Recreation, Jamison became the Assistant Director at USA Sports & Marketing Services upon graduation. He assisted with the operations, marketing, and sponsorship development for a variety of Sport related events. Such as The QBC Redskin Player Events, SABF, and much more. He has also been working part time as an Event Coordination Assistant for Blue Ridge Sports & Entertainment since 2007. He has assisted with the on-site management for sporting events such as NBA Pre-Season games, College Sports, and much more. Jamison took over as the Event and Marketing Director for the Sportsplex in late 2009 and currently resides in down town Winchester.
