Indoor Youth Lacrosse Instuctional Programs
U10 Co-ed, U14-17 Boys and U14-17 Girls
One of the only indoor instructional lacrosse programs in the Shenandoah Valley, Lacrosse! Come have your child learn from a growing and popular program. Under the supervision of the Sportsplex Lacrosse Staff Team, this weekly program features instructional lessons, team practices, and scrimmages. Sportplex coaching staff featuring current and former players instruct sessions with a fundamental approach.
Equipment Required
U10 Co-Ed & U14 Girls:
Mouth guard only.
(Girls will need a women's lacrosse stick also.)
U14 & U17 Boys:
Stick, certified helmet (limited rentals available), arm and shoulder pads, gloves, and mouth guard.
Fall '10 Session: September 9th - October 28th
U10 Co-Ed & U17 Girls Registration / U14 & U17 Boy's Registration
Winter '11 Session: To beging early January (TBA)
U10 Co-Ed & U17 Girls: Thursdays, 6-7 PM
U14 & U17 Boys: Thursdays, 7-8 PM
Cost: $70/Participant
Shenandoah Valley Indoor Lacrosse League (SVILL)
(Ages: 8th-12th Grade) Sportsplex is currently gearing up for the area's only indoor lacrosse leagues. Full gear will be required. League will consist of games and single elimination playoffs. Set to run Thursdays evenings from 7-9 PM this fall.
Winter '10 Session: November 4th - December 16th
Registration Deadline: October 31st.
Cost: $55/participant*
*Sportsplex membership required for all participants. All date and times are subject to change or cancellation.
